The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will assist patients with their basic needs, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and administering medications. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities: · Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating · Monitor patients' vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and heart rate · Administer medications and document all medication administration in the patient's chart · Keep patient rooms clean and tidy · Help patients with mobility, including using walkers or wheelchairs, and positioning them in beds or chairs · Record all care provided to patients accurately and timely · Report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team · Respond to patient calls in a timely manner · Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications: · Must possess a current CNA certification · Must have a high school diploma or equivalent · Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff · Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods · Must be compassionate and patient with all types of patients · Experience in long-term care or acute care is preferred If you are a dedicated and caring individual with excellent communication skills, please apply today!
