Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAre you Person Centered & ready to BE the difference in someones life?OverviewCare Force Homes is seeking motivated caregivers who are team players to provide person centered support services to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities in a residential/group home setting in Cambridge, MN.Our company is committed to providing Person Centered Services, and you will receive training in Person Centered Thinking and Positive Behavioral Interventions. We do not use physical interventions.Hours29.5 hours/weekWeek 1: Tuesday/ Wednesday/Thursday 3:30-9PM, Saturday 8AM-9PMWeek 2: Sunday 8AM-9PM, Tuesday/ Wednesday/Friday 3:30-9PMOpportunities available for more hoursCompensationNo experience $16.00/hour.With experience $16.50/hour.Paid sick time.New Hire bonus after 6 months of employment.1 1/2 times Holiday pay for work on 8 designated Holidays.Health insurance available to employees working 36+ hours/week BCBS High Value Platinum No Deductible Plan 559Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Report to shift on time, ready to work.Participate in implementation of daily activities and daily routine of each person served.Complete and document progress towards person's outcomes each shift.Take persons served into the community as scheduled. Some of our people like to be active in the community and some prefer to stay home.Prepare and maintain records of each person's progress and services performed either written or using a computer.Provide ongoing support and guidance for people served.
