OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION This role is responsible for the full Employee Lifecycle with autonomy, including recruiting, onboarding, employee development, relations, and terminations. It oversees training programs and supports compensation and payroll processes (monthly payroll, year‑end processes, merit increases, salary benchmarking, etc.). This position is also responsible for International HR KPIs, international reporting to the HQ, and compliance with SOX and quality audits.
