In this role, you’ll provide case management, skills training, and medication education in a variety of community-based settings such as homes and schools. Your work will help guide youth and families toward better mental health and wellness, using evidence-based treatment methods and personalized care plans. As a key member of a multidisciplinary recovery team, you’ll offer support through crisis intervention, connect families to vital community resources, and provide rehabilitative services. You’ll be utilizing your knowledge of behavioral health, including medications, substance use treatment, and evidence-based practices, to make a difference every day. Location: Marble Falls Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with a major or equivalent course work for a major in a social, behavioral, or human service field and knowledge of mental illness. Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and maintain approved driver’s status throughout employment. *If degree is not in a human services field, a minimum of 24 college credits in a human services field are required. Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience in mental health assessment and/or crisis intervention and screening; Master’s degree in psychology, social work or a related human service field.
