This role is responsible for managing warehouse operations,inventory accuracy, safety and regulatory compliance, cross-functionalcommunication, workforce management, KPI tracking, cost control, and logisticssystems. Requirements Responsibilities Overseeand optimize overall operations of both the battery material and resinwarehouses, including inbound, outbound, inventory, storage, and shippingprocesses. Maintaininventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical inventories;analyze discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Ensurecompliance with safety standards for battery materials (includingDangerous Goods) and chemical products (resin); adhere to OSHA and otherregulatory requirements and support internal and external audits. Communicatewith Our Client regarding operational matters and collaborate withinternal departments such as production, procurement, and transportation. Managewarehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation;develop workforce plans to improve operational efficiency. Establishand monitor logistics KPIs (inventory accuracy, OTIF, production supportrate, etc.) and drive continuous improvement based on performanceanalysis. Controlwarehouse operating costs and identify cost-saving opportunities; improveoperational efficiency through process enhancements. ManageWMS and other logistics systems and ensure data accuracy to supportdata-driven decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor’sdegree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, IndustrialEngineering, or a related field. Minimumof 8 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations. Provenexperience managing multiple warehouses or large-scale distributioncenters. Experiencein the battery, chemical, or manufacturing industries (preferred). Strongunderstanding of warehouse operations, including WMS, inventory control,and inbound/outbound processes. Knowledgeof handling and storage of Dangerous Goods and chemical materials. Experiencein logistics KPI management and process improvement. Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills. Understandingof safety regulations such as OSHA and experience complying with hazardousmaterials/chemical regulations. Experiencesupporting internal and external audits.
