Responsibilities Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates). Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety). Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports. Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards, and procedures; monitor policy compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation. Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns; listen and consult with others to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve issues. Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, and providing feedback; teach, support, model policies and procedures; identify training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications : Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year of supervisory experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years of supervisory experience. Attain and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). Preferred Qualifications : Microsoft Office; Supervising Associates; Walmart Logistics Systems. Degrees: Bachelors in Business or Logistics.
