Role: DevOps Engineer
Location: McLean VA or Dallas TX (Onsite Hybrid Mode)
Duration: 6-12 Months | Extension Possible
Job Description:
- Must have Skills: AWS Services, EC2, EKS, Production support, 24*7, it's not development kind of role the need operation candidate for this.
- Must have Kubernetes and Containerization.
- Must have AWS Services EC2, S3, Lambda, EMR, IAM cloud formation, Terraform.
- This is a customer facing role, so good communication required.
- 8+ years of overall information technology experience with a 2+ year emphasis on integration and delivery of public cloud
- 3 +years of experience with AWS core services like EC2, S3, Lambda, EMR, IAM cloud formation, Terraform, or similar tools
- 4 +years of experience with Kubernetes and Containerization Technologies (Kubernetes, AWS(EKS) etc.) at scale
- Experience with Python, Ansible and shell scripting to automate routine operation tasks.
- Ability to provide 24x7 operational support on periodic basis and triage complex issues to restore availability
- Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs
