Sample Tasks • Collaborate with business analysts and developers to produce software designs • Formulate program specifications and basic prototypes • Transform software designs and specifications into high functioning code in the .Net family of languages • Integrate individual software solutions to higher level systems • Use web-based tools to create and advance applications • Test code periodically to ensure it produces the desirable results and perform debugging when necessary • Perform upgrades to make software and systems more secure and efficient • Modernize existing applications by re-writing them in newer technology • Provide knowledge transfer Desired Qualifications • Four (4) years' experience with .Net development • Four (4) years' experience with Entity Framework • Three (3) years' experience with SQL Server / T-SQL • Two (2) years' experience with ASP.Net Web Forms • Criminal Justice experience • Experience and knowledge of the full Software Development Lifecycle • Data Extract Transfer Load (ETL) experience • SQL Server Reporting Services • Experience and knowledge in secure software development methodologies • Current residence status within reasonable driving distance of St. Paul MN.
