Our Client is currently looking for a 1st shift Experienced Machine Maintenance Mechanic for our Hartland, Wisconsin location. The Machine Maintenance Mechanic under minimal supervision will perform activities that will keep plant production machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair. The mechanic will examine machines to diagnose trouble, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, reassembles machines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
•    Specific skills include mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and electrical. 
•    Duties include installation, maintenance and repair of production or processing equipment.
•    Incumbents may fabricate machine guards, repair, or install machine guards, replace motors, tear down, or replace pumps, maintain fluid levels, or repair electro-mechanical equipment.
•    Incumbents in this position perform advanced troubleshooting, work with maintenance management and may provide training to less experienced maintenance staff.
•    Ideal applicant will possess at least 3-5 years of related work experience.

STARTING PAY SCALE: $30.00 to $35.00 / Hour Based on Experience
                                                
SHIFT: Monday – Friday 6:00am – 3:00pm with abundant overtime available.
