Responsibilities Assist with laboratory plating demonstrations, to include: tool preparation, processing wafers, measuring wafers, documentation. Lead small development projects involving wafer metrology Support process engineering through procurement, shipping, and inventory functions Qualifications Preference for students in their final year in a Doctoral degree in Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, Electrical Engineering or a related field Student must be in good academic standing at their university, with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale Experience/knowledge in semiconductor processing or manufacturing a big plus Quick learner. Hands-on and not afraid of building and disassembling things. Good communication skills. Well organized with attention to details. Available to work for 6 - 9 months Compensation $47 - 50 per hour Application Notes Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Note: This position may close early based on application volume or candidate selection. Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Intern / Student Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: Yes The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
