Position Electrical Engineer – Sensor Power and Analog Design (SPAD), onsite, Marlborough, MA. Salary range: 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. U.S. citizenship required and active DoD Secret clearance required prior to start date. Responsibilities Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and RTX guidelines. Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion, analog circuitry or servo/motor control systems. Provide support to production, integration, and test activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Execute program schedules on time and budget. Demonstrate self‑motivation. Travel to Marlborough, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required. Qualifications You Must Have Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM major. Coursework in Analog Electronics, Power Electronics/Systems, or Control Systems. Knowledge of modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools. Qualifications We Prefer ABET accreditation preferred. 3.0 cumulative GPA desired. Hardware development experience. Knowledge of test and production methods for electronics/power system components. Existing U.S. DOD security clearance.
