Overview The LDP Associate program is a two-year, rotational program for recent graduates. Associates rotate to two (2) to four (4) operational areas, with each rotation lasting 6 to 12 months. Rotations cover departments such as Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit, Compliance, Data Analytics, IT, Underwriting, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Business Analysis. During rotations, the associate reports to the designated rotation manager and performs tasks relevant to the department. What the program offers includes exposure to multiple business units and senior leadership, hands-on experience in strategic and operational initiatives, a strong professional network, and mentorship, coaching, and leadership development opportunities. Locations Jacksonville, FL, USA Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Finance, Accounting, or related Business School degree. Demonstrated strong academic performance; a highly motivated and proactive approach to learning and professional development; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; additional technical skills may be preferred for certain roles (e.g., SQL, Python, Tableau for Data Analytics; knowledge of IT security tools for Cybersecurity); ability to work independently and in a team; eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional setting. Insurance and/or financial industry experience is not required. Relevant work or internship experience and/or schoolwork with a focus in information systems, statistics, risk management, actuarial sciences, data analysis, finance, accounting or related business curriculum. Primary Job Functions Report to the designated department leader/rotation manager and perform assigned tasks in the relevant department. Support Department Operations by handling day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects; maintain organized records and documentation; test internal procedures and document findings with recommendations. Conduct Research & Analysis by gathering and analyzing data to support decision-making; research industry trends, regulations, and best practices; prepare reports and communicate performance metrics; perform deep-dive analytics and interpret data related to budget, actuals, and historical trends; identify trends and recommend actions to management; develop forecasts across departments or regions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews. Assist in Process Improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities and documenting workflows and policies. Prepare Reports & Presentations by creating summaries, dashboards, or slide decks; support leadership in monthly management reporting, valuation modeling, variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Market Analysis by monitoring economic and industry developments and staying informed about business and insurance fields. Engage in Professional Development by attending trainings and networking events; seek feedback and apply learning; participate in internal teams related to Corporate Responsibility initiatives.
