Full job description
Description:
- Support administrate needs of the department such as managing calendars, scheduling team meetings/events, handling all incoming/outgoing mail, and organizing/maintaining premium case files.
- Own meeting agendas and ensure follow-up items are completed or progressing.
- Assist with department deliverables to internal stakeholders.
- Create/maintain documentation for department processes and procedures
- Assist with department training sessions
- Be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks at one time
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and PowerPoint
