Typical schedule: 2nd Shift 1:30 pm–12:00 am (Monday‑Thursday). Duties & Responsibilities Run CNC machines to meet production targets. Set up machines and perform routine preventative maintenance. Use measuring devices (calipers, tape measures) and inspection equipment to verify part dimensions. Read and interpret blueprints (customer and company‑provided). Make programming adjustments as needed to maintain tolerances. Troubleshoot production issues as they arise. Qualifications Certificate from technical school or equivalent related experience/training. Able to lift 50 lbs., stand, bend, squat, and twist. Ability to meet deadlines and work overtime as required. Experience with CNC programming (preferred). Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
