salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 11 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities
  • Repair, modify and install equipment to maintain and operate the facility
  • Work in confined spaces, on elevated platforms, ladders, scaffolding, and roofs.
  • Perform all tasks associated with troubleshooting equipment and proof test equipment as necessary to solve problems and pro-actively prevent them. Perform all tasks associated with preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Recognize problems, identify root cause, develop options to address within time constraints, implement appropriate solutions.
  • PLC ladder logic troubleshooting and maintenance of power systems through standard instrumentation.
  • Install, test and maintain control devices, presence-sensing devices, etc.
  • Accurately maintain records and reports as required.
  • Install, calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and repair Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs
  • install, test and maintain processes controlled by motor control systems.
  • Work from detailed technical documents, blueprints and schematics.
The essential functions of this role include:
  • wearing steel toe shoes
  • manual lifting up to 50lbs

  • hmi (2 years of experience is required)
  • ac/dc drive (2 years of experience is required)
