We are searching for an Electrical-Mechanical Technician in Columbia, SC to work for an industry-leading manufacturing company. Candidates should have 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining manufacturing production equipment.

2nd shift (2:45-11:00 PM) Monday-Friday with occasional weekend work.

This is a direct hire role with great benefits and pay commensurate with experience.

responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install equipment in compliance with all plant policies and procedures with the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.
  • Respond to all maintenance issues, both mechanical and electrical throughout the plant and perform other duties, as required.
  • Work with machinery and mechanical equipment such as: motors, pneumatic/hydraulic components, conveyor systems, and production lines and equipment.
  • Reading diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, precision-measuring and testing instruments are also required.

The essential functions of this role include:
