Quality Technician is responsible for improving processes by following basic quality techniques to track, analyze and report on material, processes, and products to ensure they meet the organization’s quality standards. Responsibilities Identify and Improve Process constraints (issues) by driving Root Cause Analysis with other functions Update and Develop Work Instructions Hold and Release FG product per standard and work instructions Training and development of Quality Inspectors Perform Process and Finished good Audits Analyze and report on First Pass Yield data Conduct material trials and evaluations as needed .
