Join our dedicated team in Vista, California, as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the remaining school year, with the potential to extend into the next academic year and summer sessions. This full-time role focuses on delivering one-on-one support across all K-12 grade levels. Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral interventions to students in K-12.
- Implement behavior plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Collect data on student progress and communicate effectively with team members.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an active RBT certification.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual preferred but NOT Requiered.
Position Details:
- Classroom Setting: 1:1 support across K-12 grade levels
- Hours per Week: 30 hours
- Weekly Pay: $32-$35/HR
- Benefits: Comprehensive package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) plan.
- Contract Duration: Current school year with an option to extend for summer school and the 2024-2025 school year.
