Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 500T Master to lead and oversee maritime operations with professionalism and expertise. 

Responsibilities

• Command and manage vessel operations, ensuring adherence to all safety and regulatory standards.
• Oversee crew performance, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Maintain compliance with USCG regulations and international maritime laws.
• Coordinate logistics, navigation, and vessel maintenance activities.
• Prepare and review operational documentation and reports.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement onboard.

Requirements

• Valid 500T Master license with full STCW certification.
• USCG Medical Certificate and valid passport.
• TWIC card required.
• Proven experience in maritime vessel management and navigation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.
• Prior experience with compliance and safety regulations is essential.
