JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Inside Sales Chat Specialist listens and probes to provide one-on-one advice that helps connect clients with solutions to achieve their financial goals. Serves as a subject matter expert engaging via chat with clients that are navigating our digital banking pages, by responding to questions about our products & applications to ultimately make it easy for clients to get what they need digitally. Involves referring customers to the appropriate line of business for products or services not supported by the line of business. Uses a combination of pre-approved messaging and free form responses to create a personalized experience for each of our clients. May interact with more than one client at a time. Accountable for great client experiences and successful resolution of all requests.

Our Advanced Client Solutions Chat Specialists engage with clients that are navigating our online banking pages, by responding to questions about our products & applications and assisting with digital navigation.

• Is curious, has a growth mindset and is comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching
• Enjoys ongoing change and learning new technology/processes
• Has an intermediate level of proficiency with computers

Desired skills (that may result in a higher than average starting salary)
• Experience in financial services
• Experience in sales, cross-selling, upselling or referring products
• Experience working in an inbound or outbound contact center (phone, chat and or video)
• Experience working as a Personal Banker managing high client volume
