Shift: 1st shiftJoin a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex systems within Client Engines and Power Systems Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life.Key Responsibilities•requirements analysis•requirements decomposition•systems design•model based development system design•systems integration•systems validation & verification•customer interaction•project oversight•project coordination•budget/schedule responsibilityYOU MUST HAVE•Bachelors degree in Engineering•Minimum of 4 years of systems engineering experience in support of controls systems development•Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship statusWE VALUE•Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle•Intermediate knowledge of Auxiliary Power Units, control systems, and line replaceable units (LRUs)•Knowledge of product qualification and certification•Familiar with DO-178 B/C, DO-160 G, ARP4754 A•Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink•Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts.•Leading diverse and global team•Advanced with systems•Effective communicator•Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done.•Ability to adapt to project changes•Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks and people•Making autonomous decisions•Effective in technical leadership
