Shift Timings:Time Sheet Type =StandardTime Sheet Frequency =WeeklyHours per Day =8Hours per Week =48This role will be responsible for executing a supplier transition of complex build-to-spec (BTS) part 25 aircraft system hardware. The candidate will coordinate with the integrated supply chain, engineering and business program management to ensure that system design requirements are met by the new supplier and that all substantiation activities are completed to demonstrate compliance to aircraft certification requirements.The candidate will coordinate and monitor budgets, schedules and technical performance of this and other programs. Responsibilities also include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. The candidate will ensure adherence to master plans and schedules, develop solutions to program problems, and direct work assigned to various supporting departments. The candidate will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, and will act as advisor to the program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 8+ years of experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering, with an emphasis Part 25 certification and project management. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a unit/department head.
