<p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><span style="background-color:#2ecc71;">Role AGE - Intern 3 / INT3</span><br /><span style="background-color:#2ecc71;">Location Columbus, OH</span></strong></span><br /><br />Short Description:</p> <p>Intern 3 / INT 3<br />Complete Description:<br />The Ohio Department of Aging (ODA) is looking for an experienced, skilled, and motivated<br />Intern to join the team.
As an Intern 3 contractor, the selected candidate will assist team<br />members with daily responsibilities as directed by his or her supervisor.
<br />Requirement Description:<br />This position will function as a highly skilled Intern 3 with responsibilities to include:<br />- Document, monitor status and activity, review provider application submissions for<br />certification in a Medicaid waiver.
<br />- Ability to accurately enter information into a computer, accessing information from a<br />computer, and verifying information on a screen.
<br />- Update and document provider application submissions in specific software systems<br />currently utilized.
<br />- Scan, file, categorize and index documents in electronic file storage rooms.
<br />- Respond to emails and telephone messages in a professional and timely manner using<br />scripts, guidelines and/or templates provided.
<br />- Work collaboratively in a team setting using shared administrative tools such as email, MS<br />Teams, shared file locations, etc.
<br />- Ability to communicate with team members accurate and useful status.
<br />- Ability to manage and report time spent on all work activities to keep supervisor appraised<br />of work status and attendance.
<br />- Basic computer knowledge including experience with word processing software, database<br />entry, and spreadsheet maintenance and development.
<br />- Willingness and ability to learn new subject matter and skills.
<br />- Additional requirements may need to be met, depending on opportunity.
<br />Experience Preferred<br />- Enrolled in secondary and post-secondary educational institution.
<br />- Office 365 Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams<br />- Intermediate PC skills</p>
