• Job Description:

  Position : AR Analyst

  location : Draper, UT 84020

  Duration : 4+ Months (Possible extension)

  Shift-Time : 8:00 AM to 05:00 PM
  

  Roles and Responsibility:

  • Reviewing outstanding accounts receivable to determine validity and accuracy
  • For items that need to be adjusted should know the basic accounting to correct the sub ledger
  • Help establish best practices for accounts receivable reconciliation
  • Collaborate with different business partners to determine root cause of sub ledger posting issues
  • Compare and explain differences between different data sources as it relates to accounts receivable

  Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Evidence of exceptional ability
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting or accounts receivable role
  • Previous experience with data validation and analysis preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills preferred
  • Attention to detail required
  • Comfortability learning new software/tools with minimal supervision
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills required
  • Attitude is everything.
    Must be open to learning, collaborating, and helping where needed
  • Regular, reliable, and predictable attendance required
