Summary:
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architecture, the Project Architect proactively and holistically leads and supports activities that guide the development and management of solutions within a program or project. Solutions include products, systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information), shared infrastructure services and shared application services.

He/she has a deep understanding of business goals, objective and business outcomes, business capabilities, value-streams, and business processes. The project architect provides the necessary leadership, analysis and design tasks related to support the development of technology solutions to ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with architectural governance and standards. He/she creates deliverables for managing a program’s or project’s "to be" and "as is" solutions — including systems (applications, processes and information), shared infrastructure services, and shared application services and components to enable and drive targeted business outcomes.

Major Responsibilities
• Lead evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise wide solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives.
• Propose solution recommendations and alternatives to satisfy customer needs.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture, information security, applications and infrastructure teams to produce optimal designs.
• Produce technical documentation of systems and architectures.
• Ensure compliance of solutions to architectural standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert on technologies and trends in your domain of expertise.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
• A strong and effective change agent with excellent written and verbal communication skills capable of addressing stakeholders at different levels in the organization
• More than 5 years of architecture, design, and implementation experience with enterprise-level web portal solutions
• Agile experience is required
• Experience with web application technologies such as React, Javascript, CSS and HTML is required
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS is required
• Experience with Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) platforms such as Okta is required
• Experience with API and web service technologies such as JSON and REST is required
• Experience with integration technologies such as Nginx, Python, .NET Core and Java is required
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred
• Experience with digital experience platforms such as Sitecore, LifeRay and Adobe Experience Cloud is preferred
• Ability to concisely model concepts using standardized notation such as ArchiMate and UML is preferred
• Experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Teams and Slack is preferred
• Experience with architecture modeling tools such as Orbus iServer and Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect is desired
• Experience with industry standard architecture frameworks such as TOGAF is desired
