<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide account management support to Group Benefits Clients</li><li>Assist in the management of the annual renewal process, including obtaining updated census information, marketing the account with insurance carriers that meet the client’s needs and comparing current coverage to alternate renewal options</li><li>Assist in preparing Open Enrollment communications for each client’s employee population</li><li>Enter client data and communication into the Agency Management System</li><li>Attend open enrollment meetings, providing assistance with processing enrollment/change forms and insurance carrier documents</li><li>Run reports from the Agency Management System; manipulate date into a format usable by management</li><li>Assist with plan documentation support and maintenance</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li><li>3+ years’ experience within the employee benefits industry</li><li>Valid Life, Accident and Health broker’s license in the state of OH</li><li>Expertise in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite</li></ul>
