JOB DESCRIPTION :

Account Manager

Primary responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Tier 1 customers on new product development to bring up product ramp.
  • Nurture existing relationships through regular engagement and support.
  • Based upon day-to-day engagement with our customers, products and applications, act as proactive liaison with our factory personnel as required.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the manager and drive timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage CTB (clear to build) process with factory, ensure supply confirmation meets demands.
  • Negotiate liabilities with customers and retrieve PO when applicable.
  • Responsible for RFQ to supply base for NPI programs.
  • Support sales and marketing activities by actively retrieving market information and opportunities.
  • Travel to meet customers on site and client factories.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience Level: 2-5 Years
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) or Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Prior experience in Component/FATP/Module/Hardware development
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in quotation management
  • Travel Amount: Up to 30%
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Demonstrated project & program management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and analytical skills
  • Persistent, goal/deadline driven work style
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication skills using the Chinese language (Mandarin) is strongly preferred
  • Available to travel to China when necessary
