- Advising and educating clients regarding policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and insurance needs
- Existing client account review and renewal process, including client contact, remarketing, and proposals
- Reviewing policies and all documentation for accuracy and quality standards
- Assisting clients with coverage changes, binders, and endorsements, using each contact as an opportunity to review needs and cross-sell appropriate services.
- Manage non-renewals and cancellation requests to retain business where appropriate
- Keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
- In-depth knowledge of current computer system functions, input procedures, codes and how to perform technical tasks to expedite client service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of P&C Account Management or Customer Support Representative experience
- Valid P&C (Property & Casualty) License
- Experience in a Sales or a Service Organization
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
