Job Title:
Marketing Budget Analyst (Contractor)
Reporting to: Director, US Media & Partnerships

General Summary:
Based at Campbell World Headquarters, this role is responsible for supporting the tactical budget management needs of the USM&B marketing organization. This position will be involved with all aspects of the budget management process, with a primary focus on PO creation, MMM (Marketing Investment Tracker) data entry and detailed tracking of the marketing budgets. Specifically, the detailed tracking will include invoice tracking and the reconciliation processes.

This role requires strong analytical, project management, advance MS Excel skills, and inter-personal skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage PO requests in Ariba, inclusive of maintaining PO tracking tool
• Creating receipts in Ariba for each invoice submission in a timely manner
• Fielding any requests for information from external vendors regarding payment
• Assist Marketing, Integrated Marketing & partner agencies with budget management for each project inclusive of attending monthly budget review meetings across brand teams
• Roll-up financial information for on-going budget/spend reporting
• Handling of all new vendor set-up/maintenance requests
• Identify opportunities for streamlining and improving budget management & reporting

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor degree required
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience required. Prior financial experience preferred
• Must have excellent proficiency with Ariba, Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel), Filemaker Pro experience a plus
• Great attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience in working in corporate environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to be self-directed and solution oriented
