Monday-Friday, 6AM-3PM

• Zone Sales Assistant - Frito-Lay

The Zone Assistant must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. The Zone Assistant must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment and changing priorities. Primary duties of this position include customer service to customers and both Sales and Sales Ops teams.

Customer Service Responsibilities Include:

Maintaining accountability of issues through resolution with the appropriate manager

• Will be supporting HR and Safety project
• Employee Assistance – Sales and Sales Operations
• Sales Accounting, Daily Paperwork, Warehouse Questions, etc…

• Gift Card Ordering, Meals, Tracking, etc…
• Meeting Prep – Sales and Sales Operations
• Supply Ordering – Sales and Sales Operations
• Communication boards – Sales and Sales Operations
• Mail/UPS/DHL/FEDEX
• Security (ID Badges, System Maintenance, etc…)

• Records Maintenance and Filing
• Keeping federal posting boards updated and accurate for each district office
• Employee Computer related support (i.e. IPads, IPhone, computers)
• Behind the scenes support for RSR and SDL’s
• Daily Reconciliation and verification process for sales organization

• Meetings/Special Events prep.

*Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience
• Computer skills including expertise in Excel and proficiency with Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
