Shift Timings:Time Sheet Type Time In/Time OutTime Sheet Frequency WeeklyHours per Day 8Hours per Week 40Job Duties: Research, resolve and respond to inquiries and requests ensuring team service-level-agreements are met. Provide analytical support, prepare reports and various correspondences. Administer projects, programs, and/or processes. May serve as an administrative liaison with others within or outside the organization regarding issues specific to HRSS. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers. Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State and local regulations. Partner with Talent Acquisition team members and leaders to assist in administrative needs required to fill job requisitions for recruitment efforts. This might include:• Correspond & follow up with candidates for information as needed.Education: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent years of experience.Experience: 1 year of related experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and related experience required. Shared Services experience (HR/Payroll/) preferred. Experience with Labor Relations/Unions preferred. Workday and HRNow experience preferred.Skills & Abilities: Ability to handle extremely sensitive data with highest level of confidentiality. Ability to handle high level escalations from all levels of management. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both in an office and virtual team environment, if needed. Ability to work on a team and independently. Possess multi-tasking and problem-solving skills with a great attention to detail. Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite. MS Access or other data systems knowledge desired. Microsoft certification for MS Office Suite, including Access desirable. Knowledge of HR/Payroll laws, regulations, concepts, benefits and transaction processing highly desirable. FPC, CPP, PHR certification a plus.Work from home with an in-office schedule of onsite work.Vaccination Mandate: client requires all contingent workers doing in-person work to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to have an approved exemption, except in states or localities where it is prohibited by law. The offer of a position with the client is conditioned on providing proof of vaccination to the supplier or having an approved exemption from the supplier prior to start date.
