JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for daily activities supporting overall plant operations. This individual must be able to work independently as well as within a team, be flexible to change and able to respond quickly and effectively under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment. Associates degree in Office Administration or equivalent experience in a business-related field. Strong leadership and communication skills Solid foundation working with required office software and equipment. Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Office) Able to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Able to handle multiple priorities from multiple sources Able to work with minimal supervision. Must have exceptional interpersonal skills.
Weekly management of Hourly payroll system and recordkeeping. Coordinate vacations, occasional absences, short term disability claims within time keeping system. Submit purchase requisitions for MRO & non-inventory related items, including blanket orders, on behalf of the Warren site as needed by maintenance, production, logistics, office, engineering, etc. Maintain all pertinent Quality, Manufacturing and Safety training records sufficient to meet Henkel and 3rd party auditor requirements. Help to manage/set up site wide meetings and luncheons. Manage office operations including postings, communication records, mail incoming/outgoing, contact information, etc. Open & close maintenance work orders when needed. Maintain acceptable files of such activity. Assist in submitting monthly reports as required by the SHE and Quality department Ensure SAP accuracy when working on closing process orders, good receipts, and material issues and delay codes. Access Lotus Notes, SHE.COM and other databases as needed to maintain and review procedures, policies, audits, etc.
