Pay Rate: $23/HR
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Cortech is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client in Greenburgh, NY.


Temporary employee required to perform administrative tasks until tasks are fully incorporated into the new work management system, and Gas Central System is fully implemented.
Temporary employee required to perform administrative tasks until tasks are fully incorporated into the new work management system, and Gas Central System is fully implemented.


In order to cover the full time employee on leave, this temp will provide support to the group as needed, assisting with various tasks including:
·Assisting with the New Business function in its entirety (making folders, requesting permits, adding to the tracker, closing out work, etc.)
·Making and scanning all types of work packages
·Paying bills to vendors
·Tracking payments and estimates
·Entering inspections in GIS
·Assisting with CRMS
Qualifications:
Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational, analytical and technical skills. *Required
Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to diplomatically interact with internal and external customers, support staff and various levels of management.
Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed *Required
Extensive experience in Excel. *Required
Must be able to think creatively and outside the box.


Will be in office minimum 2 months for training before any chance of remote.
