JOB DESCRIPTION:

Pay rate:$15.00/hr.

This position will provide access and training for site visitors and answering inbound phone calls to the site. The qualified candidate will provide administrator duties for multiple departments. These duties will require strong computer and organization skills.

• Greet and check in visitors to the site (badge control).
• Provide contractor/visitor training when applicable
• Bill of materials (BOM) updates
• Update manufacturing records
• Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using cGMP guidelines
• Manage work order status in SAP
• Miscellaneous administrative duties for the Site such as filing, scanning, etc
• Safety program administrative duties (minutes, ensuring monthly audits are completed, scanned, and actions are closed).
• Initial Environmental Monitoring entries (MODA)
• Assist with ordering and contacting vendors regarding status of orders.
• Retrieving mail daily from Post-Office

Education: H.S. Diploma Required, Some college strongly preferred

Great communication skills, writing skills
Technical savvy with Microsoft office
