We are currently recruiting for 2 Administrative Assistants in Richmond, VA. The Admin will support professional offices and executives. Duties include but are not limited to: - Schedule & organize complex activities such as meetings, conferences, teleconference/video conference and department activities for members of the department and implement activities. - Assists in preparing PowerPoint presentations for trainings, new associate orientations, and board presentations. - Order office supplies as needed. - Sort and distribute mail. - Set up and organize files and manuals. - Respond regularly to requests. Draft written responses to communicate via email. - Organize and prioritize information, projects and calls. - Work independently and in team environments. - Prepare and coordinate written correspondence; make copies and forms for meetings/presentations. - Coordinate business travel for staff (including itinerary and expense reports) - Assist with submission of expense reports, which could include: copying check requests and sending to accounts payable, travel reimbursements, documenting corporate credit card expenses to corporate finance.
