Administrative Assistant II
Description
Requires proficiency in two to three vendor software programs. Provides support to one or two department managers and their staffs. Duties may include word processing, editing existing documents, keying information into existing templates, database upkeep. Previous clerical experience is necessary. Moderate to minimal supervision is provided. 4-7 Years of experience.




Description Details
1. Are you open to look at candidates willing to relocate? No
2. What are the top 3-5 skills requirements should this person have?
o Executive level admin skills – calendaring, meeting planning, travel, expense reports, opening Purchase orders, effectively communicate/interact with senior leadership level, familiarity with systems is a huge plus
o Organization skills – handle multiple requests in timely way
o Detail-oriented – e.g. take effective notes and follow-up on action items for projects/meeting
o Proactive – workday will mainly rely on serving team/individual requests, but this person will also need to take initiative in managing their own day
3. What is a nice to have (but not required) regarding skills, requirements, experience, education, or certification?
o Creativity – planning larger meetings for in-house and sales teams (once we can) a nice to have would be someone who is creative in meeting themes, venues, and putting that extra something into the planning of these meetings
o
4. What type of environment is this person working in?
o Combination of team and independent

5. Work Schedule (Define days,# of hours)/ Is Overtime offered or required? If yes, how many hours, what impact to scheduled working hours? 40 hours/week, overtime as needed, M-F
