Pay Rate - $19/hr

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm

Job Description

Follows established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support to an office, business unit, department, or other organization group. Performs activities under direct supervision.
Answers telephones, screens calls and takes messages so callers/visitors are dealt with promptly, courteously and accurately.
Transcribes, type, format and proof reads a variety of material (e.g., correspondence, invoices, contracts, meeting minutes, reports, speeches, and presentations) using word processing, presentation, graphics and spreadsheet software.
Coordinates internal and external meetings. This may include scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available.
Manages the appointments and schedules of staff in the unit.
Uses office equipment such as photocopiers, faxes and printers.
Performs other administrative tasks according to established guidelines and procedures so these activities are completed accurately and on time. Activities may include distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, filing, maintaining office supplies or other inventory.

Processes PO’s in Ariba and supports team members with PO documentation as needed
Supports finance team with AR documentation and AP booking as needed
Supports finance team with ad hoc reporting and filing as well as assists with sending documentation to customers, suppliers, and CBS as needed
Supports customer order management team with customer order entry process
Assists department leaders with documenting and recording KPIs and other reports
Manages the front desk ‘reception’ duties, receiving visitors and ensuring compliance with site security and safety policies
Provides administrative support for the Plant Manager and leadership team to create the Right Environment (Event Planning, Service Contract Management (cleaning, laundry, vending))
