JOB DESCRIPTION :
Pay rate - $45/hr
Duration: 6 months to 12 months
Hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
Education--Bachelor’s Degree – 4 Years.


• Plans and designs manufacturing processes for Fall Protection Products at our Franklin, PA Facility.
• Key focus on the development of process maps for existing process.
• Coordination of the development of PFMEA for each Product/Process.
• Work with Quality Engineering to provide input for Control Plans.
• Maximizes efficiency by analyzing layout of equipment, workflow, assembly methods, and work force utilization.
• Determines parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specification.
• May require a bachelor's degree in engineering and 3+ years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer.
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly and cut/sew processes are a plus.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment.
• Will report to AME Leader.
