Execute order management processes associated with manual allocation. This includes but is not limited to Excel file creation and manipulation, AS400 interface, smartsheet file management, and email communications and tracking. Administrative support for smartsheet projects. Support current team executing in returning to normal job functions; Support HMD customer projects as necessary

Skills/ Experience:

  1. Advanced Excel knowledge
  2. AS400 experience
  3. Detail-Oriented
  4. Excellent Communication skills - especially written as well as the ability to proof own work
  5. Proactive
  6. Able to Multi-task
  7. Experience of working independently since they will be remote to start due to COVID19 - the eventual plan is to have everyone back in the office.
