Day to Day Responsibilities of this Position and Description of Project:

- Extensive experience (5-7yrs) in Appian development.
- Understands and can create appropriate design/development practices.
- Can guide the platform team on infrastructure, sizing, monitoring as well as methods to keep platform stable.
- Can provide clear guidance on cost-benefit analysis of on-prem vs cloud.
Skills Needed:
- Can guide the platform team on infrastructure, sizing, monitoring as well as methods to keep platform stable.
- Can provide clear guidance on cost-benefit analysis of on-prem vs cloud.
- What we need are people with the ability to create tools for Appian deployments / health monitoring / code reviews and best practices / self-service portal for Appian developers.
- The Appian development experience is a must because they know the problems faced by the developers to deploy applications, keep the environments in sync, get performance testing done, figure out why some application is slow, etc.
- Net, net we are looking at a person who can create the tools that can help the Appian developers be more effective and make their job easier.
