In little over a year, The company signed up partnerships with all major brands including Unilever, Nestle, Coca Cola, Danone and other large FMCGs, and has almost 250K merchants in the network in Indonesia alone.<br /> <br /> Our client operates in Indonesia with backing from Michael Sampoerna, ADB, East Venture and other local banks, and is leading women empowerment and poverty reduction- with over 70% of our client beneficiaries are unbanked women merchants.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Leading and managing the sales team to achieve the company sales target.</li> <li>Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.</li> <li>Managing and maintaining sales operations to ensure customers have the best experience end-to-end.</li> <li>Reviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.</li> <li>Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Full-time bachelor degree or above, no major limitation.</li> <li>Must have 3+ years business development experiences in between these industries: FMCG, banking, tech or fintech companies.</li> <li>Previous work experience in B2B sales is a management level is a must.</li> <li>Prefer direct selling experience to distributors in the supply chain.</li> <li>Prefer someone with an extensive network within FMCGs and existing relationships with senior executives of FMCGs and with the distributor owners in order to generate and close leads.</li> <li>Must have proven track record of making sales and meeting sales KPIs.</li> <li>Must have good communication and relationships building skills.</li> <li>Fluency in English is a must.</li> </ul>
