Shift: 1stAll US, ISC, touch labor roles are eligible - Subco Bonus Program to 3k, and a change in the pay-out structure:• $1k at 14 days w/perfect attendance;• $1k at 60 days• $1k at 90 days** to get 60 and 90 day bonus; worker must have received 14 day bonus.Assembler - Level 3Produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements.Key Responsibilities• Operate assigned equipment.• Participate in continuous improvement activities.• Support the Client Operating System• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness• Comply with all safety rules.• Record and report production data.• Analyze data and production reports• Set up and change over equipmentYOU MUST HAVE• High School Diploma or GED• Must be eligible for security clearance• 3+ Years Soldering experience (JSTD preferred)• Mechanical assembly experienceWE VALUE• Ability to analyze information and concepts• Ability to collaborate with others and work independently• Ability to identify key details• Ability to troubleshoot• Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity• Creative thinking and idea generation• Ability to communicate information clearlyAssembles fabricated parts at floor stations. Tests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications. Uses hand tools and power tools to assemble units according to product specifications. Identifies units that fail tests or tolerance levels and repairs as necessary. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. May be required to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty. May require 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Special Considerations: Lifting is generally in the 10 to 15 Lbs. range with minimal repetitions. Exposure to machinery, chemical, biological, and physical risks is minimal.
