Description:
No prior industrial experience required but preferred.
Performs cleaning, staging, and assists with generator rotor winding and assembly operations.

Clean parts, using cleaning solutions, air hoses, and cloths.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, written work instructions, and fills out quality control documentation (QCI's).

Additional duties including staging of materials and unpacking boxes of parts, preparing parts for assembly, taking inventory of received parts, deburring of machined product, etc.

High emphasis on safety and following standard processes and procedures.

Confer with supervisors or engineers to plan and review work activities, and to resolve production problems.

Explain assembly procedures or techniques to other workers as skillset advances.
