Description:
Required Experience and Skills:
B.S., B.A., or M.S. degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum of three years of experience in GMP in a regulated environment such as pharmaceutical or medical device
Quality system knowledge including change control and/or supplier management
Proficient knowledge and efficient use of MS Excel, database software
Independent executes tasks without direct supervision after training; take ownership of tasks assigned
Ability to prioritize multiple projects (including trouble-shooting issues or roadblocks) and meet or exceed deadline Communicate with affected departments and leadership to ensure project progress and milestone success
Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented, accurate data management skills
Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
Track record of providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Preferred Experience and Skills
Proficient knowledge and use of SAP, Tracelink, Archer platform (Supplier Transparency), TrackWise
Project or system management experience
Experience contacting suppliers to gather information
Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements to increase the efficiency of processes while ensuring compliance with GMP and procedures
Responsibilities:
The contract position is accountable for maintaining compliance for the supplier change management systems. The incumbent will be part of a team providing Quality oversight of all supplier management systems. The role will require working closely with Quality, Technology, Procurement, Planning, Suppliers and other departments as needed.
