Job Description

Essential Functions:

• Support internal project review and approval processes including the Project Approval Committee Process (EPAC) and the Solution Design Committee (SDC). Perform QA/QC review of Authorization Forms, track and report on Authorization Form status and KPIs.
• Support project quality assurance processes that evaluate all aspects of the project life-cycle. This support includes coordination with Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Asset Management, Project Controls, Finance and Accounting.
• Utilize database, financial and dashboard software tools to manage project authorization through the technical and financial approval process.
• Support tracking, review and reporting of all Business and Quality Assurance KPIs in coordination with company key stake holders.
• Develop reports, prepare and lead presentations, write procedures and perform other activities as needed.
• Support development and implementation of process improvements initiatives.
• Support storm restoration efforts in assigned Storm Role.
Technical Knowledge/Skill/Education/Licenses/Certifications:
• Strong facilitation and communication skills (including written, oral, and public speaking) required.
• Strong administrative and organization skills; ability to manage a diverse workload and deliver consistent, timely results required.
• High degree of personal ownership and accountability required.
• Skill in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
• Ability to create/manage tools in Microsoft Access, Power BI, SharePoint and utilize additional Microsoft 365 Apps highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Maximo and PowerPlan software is highly desirable.
• Education: Preferred = Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Communication, Business, Management.
• Education: Required = Associates degree in Engineering, Communication, Business, Management.
• Experience: minimum of (5) years related industry experience.
