Associate Coordinator Apply
The Associate Coordinator will be responsible for entry, updating, monitoring, and tracking data within our WAM (Work Asset Management) systems. They will perform scheduling functions and be the first point of contact to our field technicians. Must have great organization and communication skills.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data integrity and organizational skills is a must. Data entry, tracking, updating, and reconciliation of records. WO assignments via our Click Software program. Scheduling work with the guidance of Associate Analyst and Leak Survey Supervision. Work with field workers directly and provide them with meeting spots, adding assignments, and assuring WO are completed from RDISP (ready for dispatch) to FCOMP (field complete) status. Filing documents such as leak sketches, job briefings etc.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Material inventory and office supply requests. Creating ad hoc WO’s, permit applications and support departmental needs with administrative functions as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education/experience is required.
Experience:
5+ years in related area
Basic Excel knowledge (creating pivot tables and VLOOKUP’s knowledge preferred but not required)
Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications
Data integrity reconciliation and uniformity standards
Other:
Experience in Click Schedule or similar scheduling software preferred
Exporting reports
Great oral and written communication skills
