RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • As an Associate Director for Risk Governance and Analysis, you will be responsible for all processes associated with the preparation and running of Management Risk Committee and Board Risk Committee meetings.
  • Reviewing committee meeting materials for clarity and adherence to best practices
  • Providing feedback and recommendations on these materials, when warranted
  • Aggregating and posting meeting materials or other critical communications for committee review
  • Overseeing all aspects of committee meeting administration
  • Drafting committee meeting minutes and submitting minutes for review and sign-off by key stakeholders
  • Overseeing the inventory of committee deliverables and action items to ensure that all committee requirements are being met
  • Serving as a committee liaison to coordinate board committee agendas and topics
  • Maintaining and reevaluating the committee charters from time to time
  • Maintaining the committees' records
  • Provide governance assistance to internal management committees and councils

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience including technical or legal writing
  • Bachelor's degree required. Masters or equivalent experience a plus
  • Executive level committee minute taking expertise a strong preference
  • General familiarity with regulatory oversight, demands, deadlines, and compliance protocols is essential
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing team member with minimal supervision leading multiple complex projects at a time and manage workload with shifting priorities
  • Exceptional drafting, verbal, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
