Associate Financial Analyst (Accounting) Apply
<p><strong>OVERVIEW:</strong></p> <p>The Associate Financial Analyst researches, plans and evaluates the effectiveness of processes, systems, procedures or methodologies through review and evaluation of detailed data. They will use professional education to identify, analyze and resolve issues and interpret company policy. This position will assist in the financial reporting of Client. (Current reporting requirements are to our parent company, Client., our external auditors and to governmental agencies).</p> <p>This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Mondays and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days). Note that work schedules and office reporting requirements may change from time to time based on business needs.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual consolidation book closing process</li> <li>Provide assistance to the financial reporting teams at the subsidiaries</li> <li>Assist in maintaining Hyperion consolidation software</li> <li>Coordinate preparation and completion of Employee Savings plan audit.</li> <li>Assist in preparation of SOX documentation</li> <li>Complete various governmental surveys</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p> <p>PLEASE NOTE: We comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, orders and mandates, including those we may be required to follow as a federal government contractor/subcontractor.</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience.</li> <li>Stong Microsoft Excel skills.</li> <li>Candidate for CPA exam, or CPA license, preferred.</li> <li>Spanish language fluency, preferred.</li> </ul> <p>The company will not pursue or support visa sponsorship for this position.</p>
