<p>Reports to the Director of Global Compensation</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Develop and manage dedicated resources that specialize in Incentive plan design, modelling, plan communications, and the calculation of performance-based incentives</li> <li>Centralization and Standardization of all US performance-based Incentives plans</li> <li>Manage strategic communications for Variable compensation</li> <li>Strategize with Divisions to design Incentive plans</li> <li class="ql-indent-1">Sales Incentives</li> <li class="ql-indent-1">Supervisor Incentives</li> <li class="ql-indent-1">Hourly Incentives</li> <li class="ql-indent-1">Annual incentive plans</li> <li>Establish Corporate Variable Compensation Philosophy for Salaried and Hourly Employees</li> <li>Keep abreast to all legislative and regulatory changes as they relate to Variable Compensation, and suggest recommended changes as applicable</li> <li>Review current practices and policies to identify compliance risks and manage implementation and documentation of changes</li> <li class="ql-indent-1">Manage governance of existing structure</li> <li class="ql-indent-1">Sets guidelines and ensures compliance</li> <li class="ql-indent-1">Exception & approval tracking</li> <li>Streamline programs to ensure alignment and execution</li> <li>Manage broad based projects which may include market competitiveness review, impact of variable compensation on retention, and Incentive Plan redesigns. </li> <li>Build productive and positive relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives</li> <li>Development of a mechanism to track the effectiveness of the incentive plans</li> <li>Compensation modelling and cost analysis reporting</li> </ul> <p> </p>
