Reports to the Director of Global Compensation

 

  • Develop and manage dedicated resources that specialize in Incentive plan design, modelling, plan communications, and the calculation of performance-based incentives
  • Centralization and Standardization of all US performance-based Incentives plans
  • Manage strategic communications for Variable compensation
  • Strategize with Divisions to design Incentive plans
  • Sales Incentives
  • Supervisor Incentives
  • Hourly Incentives
  • Annual incentive plans
  • Establish Corporate Variable Compensation Philosophy for Salaried and Hourly Employees
  • Keep abreast to all legislative and regulatory changes as they relate to Variable Compensation, and suggest recommended changes as applicable
  • Review current practices and policies to identify compliance risks and manage implementation and documentation of changes
  • Manage governance of existing structure
  • Sets guidelines and ensures compliance
  • Exception & approval tracking
  • Streamline programs to ensure alignment and execution
  • Manage broad based projects which may include market competitiveness review, impact of variable compensation on retention, and Incentive Plan redesigns. 
  • Build productive and positive relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives
  • Development of a mechanism to track the effectiveness of the incentive plans
  • Compensation modelling and cost analysis reporting
