Associate Manager - Strategic Retail Channels Apply
Cortech is excited to partner again with our premier client in the food manufacturing industry! They are seeking a talented Associate Manager- Strategic Retail Channels.
Pay Rate- $39.28/hr
Location- Fully Remote!
Position Summary:
The Associate Manager - Strategic Retail Channels will play a key role in supporting business expansion efforts within the omnichannel retail environment. The role will support the Senior Manager, Strategic Growth Channels with the launch and ongoing account management of key retail channels to include Drug, Mass and Food. The Associate Manager will work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales and Operations to ensure Pediatric/GI products are well merchandised in-store and online to meet the sales/performance targets for these channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Retail Operations Launch & Ongoing Operations Support
• Assist with launch tasks execution and management of project network, including cross-functional project tasks follow-up/accountability
• Setting up products in retailer platforms/systems
• Maintaining account information in retailer systems
• Weekly inventory checks and replenishment Purchase Orders (POs) monitoring
• PO processing status monitoring and collaborating with customer and NNA customer service team to ensure on-time in-full processing of POs
• Support with account claims or chargeback disputes
2. KPIs Reporting & Performance Insights
• Weekly update of account report dashboards and update on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Adhoc reports and support with presentation decks for category or business updates
• Inventory On-hand (IOH) monitoring and communication to field sales teams
• Monitoring of sell-through rates in-store and helping to execute strategies to minimize risk of returns or distribution losses
3. Content Development & Management
• Keyword, category & competitor research to drive best-in-class copy and digital assets development
• Oversee content management and syndication to retailer.com platforms via Salsify
4. Promo & Merchandising Strategy
• Develop understanding of retailer.com merchandising best practices and programs to help drive strong and effective marketing/promotional programs at key retailers
• Executing promotions and retail merchandising programs to drive brand awareness and sales
• Launch & management of review syndication via Bazaar Voice

Working conditions:
The job will be performed remotely from a home-based office and may involve minimal domestic travel (less than 10% depending on business need). There is no excessive lifting or physical requirement for the position.
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 1-3 years of relevant CPG retail operations support experience
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Hands-on experience with one or more relevant retail management systems - Retail Link, STIBO, RSi
• Experience pulling and analyzing syndicated data – Nielsen, IRI
• Experience building custom reporting dashboards in Excel, PowerBi, Looker Studio (highly preferred)
• Experience with Salsify (a plus)
